Refund Policy

Premium Membership purchases are generally non-refundable once access to Premium features has been granted.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that your subscription begins immediately and that access to Premium content is provided upon successful payment.

Premium Membership grants access to Premium platform features, which may include:

• Premium fantasy competitions;
• Advanced player statistics;
• Enhanced scoring insights;
• Premium tools and analytics;
• Other exclusive features available during the subscription period.

Access remains available until the subscription expires.

If you believe you were charged multiple times for the same subscription due to a technical error, please contact our support team within 14 days.

Verified duplicate transactions may be refunded after review.

If Premium Membership cannot be activated due to a technical issue caused by Formacioni, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Where access cannot reasonably be restored, Formacioni may, at its discretion, provide:

• an extension of the subscription period; or
• a full or partial refund.

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

• accidental purchases;
• unused subscriptions;
• change of mind;
• lack of participation;
• failure to understand competition rules;
• dissatisfaction with competition results;
• failure to win prizes.

Formacioni reserves the right to refuse refunds where fraud, payment disputes, abuse of promotions, multiple accounts, or violations of the Terms of Service are identified.

Users are encouraged to contact Formacioni before initiating a chargeback through their payment provider.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension or permanent closure of the user's account.
