Premium Membership Terms

Premium Membership provides access to additional platform features that are not available to free users.

Premium Membership may be offered on a weekly or monthly basis.

Depending on the selected subscription, Premium Membership may include:

• Access to exclusive weekly and monthly Premium competitions;
• Advanced fantasy scoring with a wider range of performance points than the standard game;
• Premium player statistics and detailed performance insights;
• Team performance analytics, including Best Team, Best Defence, Best Midfield, Best Attack, Captain and Vice-Captain performance summaries;
• AI-powered recommendations for building the strongest possible fantasy squad within the available budget (including Standard and Draft formats);
• AI-powered formation recommendations based on player performance, available budget and fantasy analytics;
• The ability to create private Premium leagues for friends and invited participants using the enhanced Premium scoring system. League owners may invite both Premium and non-Premium users, allowing every participant within that private league to compete using the advanced scoring system and Premium fantasy points for the duration of that league;
• Early access to selected platform features;
• Additional Premium features, analytics and tools introduced by Formacioni in future platform updates.

Premium benefits may be expanded, modified or improved as Formacioni continues to develop.

Premium Membership remains active for the selected subscription period.

Once the subscription expires, Premium features become unavailable unless the membership is renewed.

Subscription fees are displayed before payment.

All payments are processed through authorized payment providers.

Premium Membership becomes active after successful payment confirmation.

If automatic renewal is enabled, your subscription will renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.

You may disable automatic renewal at any time before the next billing cycle.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals.

Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for the current subscription period.

Premium access remains available until the subscription expires.

Premium Membership is personal and may not be transferred, shared or sold.

Only one Premium Membership may be associated with each user account.

Formacioni may improve, modify or replace Premium features from time to time.

Such changes are intended to improve the overall platform experience.

Formacioni reserves the right to suspend Premium access where fraud, payment abuse, account sharing or violations of the Terms of Service are detected.
